Last night, evening of the 27th February 2013, I ordered take aways at the Nandos at the mall@reds. When ordering i asked to please add feta cheese to the salad and this was put through on the order and I paid.

When my order number was called and i went to collect the order the gentleman who gave me my food, said oh by the way we are out of feta so i put a pineapple ring on your salad as this is the same price!!! First of all i did not even have a choice on whether i wanted the pineapple ring on my salad, it was just squashed in there and second of all i should have been made aware of the fact that there was no feta. there was no offer to refund or if I would prefer something else, I just had to be happy with their decision.

The nandos was extremely busy so the order took longer than usual but this is understandable due to the busy nature of the restaurant, take out and drive through. However, there were two tills but only one till was open which resulted in a very long cue. The phone kept on ringing and no one answered. There was also no communication from the staff / management as to the fact that there is a delay with getting orders out.
