My husband and I ordered a family meal. The assistant in the drive through did not inform us that there is a 9 minute wait for the chicken. Already poor service. We drove off when the food arrived. When I got home I saw massive stains on my pants from the oil which had seeped right through the brown paper bag. When I took out the 2 boxes of chicken I saw why. The chicken was soakd in oil. This branch of Kfc really needs to jack up their service levels and stop selling chicken drenched in so much oil. Wont ever buy Kfc from this branch again.
