Its been more than a week (8 days) and still no reply or feedback regarding my previous report.
Why even bother with being a "Company Who Respond" if you don't??
Seriously, you could save a couple rand that way. And you would need it too if your customer service skills aren't being addressed, which they won't be since you don't bother with feedback.
Pathetic service.
Nice n Fishy is so much better and their staff soooo much more competent and professional.
