I would like to lodge a complain about the terrible service we received last night from your worker Thandeka Khumalo who works at Dros Ermelo.
Me and my partner went out to have dinner and enjoy our night out but instead it turns to a great disappointing moment because of Thandeka.
Firstly, the waitress (forgot her name) fail to give us explanation on menu. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri cocktail, she told me it was out of stock and I changed to Blueberry something but she served me with something completely different. On main food she served us with a wrong side (roasted onions) and when we asked about it was when she explained to us that what we ordered was out of stock. I suggest that Dros should provide proper training for new staff before they let them serve customers.
Back to Thandeka's issue, she had bitterness with my partner about misunderstanding they had on Saturday night and again she was the one who was wrong but continued to impose her grudge on us last night.
What she did, she waited for me to go to the bathroom and started harassing my partner and then I asked her to give me full explanation of what was the real issue since I already heard my partner's side of the story. She started shouting on us in the presence of other customers, i asked her to lower her voice but she continued until I told her that I would take this matter forward.
Due to her toxic behavior, we had to pay the bill and left the place immediately of which that was not our plan when we left the house.
From our point of view, Thandeka need some serious intervention to improve her behavior at work such as Full course on Customer service, Conflict Management, Anger Management or maybe refer her to the Psychologist because she personalize everything and deal with issues in her own way without being professional.
