My girlfriend and I visited Olive and Oil in Umhlanga for dinner last night and was attendted to by a waitress by the name of Marushka.
The service received from her was absolutely sublime. She was friendly, polite, hands on, and attentative.
My girlfriend had ordered a pasta which was great however she could not finish it. Marushka noticed this and approached her and asked if her meal was fine as she could tell that she did not finish her food. such attention to detail did not go unnoticed. She had even persuaded us to have dessert which was not part of the plan but well received as it was delicious. In a business perspective, this created more revenue for the restaurant which is great for the owner.
I hope that somehow this compliment makes it way to Marushka as we shall return to the restaurant as the customer service was excellant.
