My grandparents are frequent clients at the Wimpy in Woodlands as they enjoy their Wimpy breakfast. The last 3 times that they have been there the service has been absolutely terrible - as a matter of fact there has been NO service. Yesterday they were there again and this time asked to speak to the manager. Once they told the manager of their problem, she simply turned around and walked away.
Is this the way you treat 80 year old regular customers? It is an absolute disgrace.
