Yesterday i called to place a order for delivery, and as usual i provided my card details so Debonairs could process the payment. I dont know who i was speaking to at the shop, but it took nearly 10min for this to confirm my details and process the payment and i received the banking SMS that payment was successful. This call was at 17:27. I then called at 18:26 to find out why i haved received my order yet. At 18:40 i got a "please call me" from the driver saying that he was at my gate. Guess what - wrong complex. After directing him, it took another 10min until i got the food.

Then at 21:36 i receive a call from Vivian (store manager) saying that i have not paid the bill. After fighting and explaining that it was paid i put the phone down as I wasnt getting her to understand this.

How can such incompetaint people be employed by such a large company?? And why do I need to keep chasing up on them? Maybe i should look at another fast food outlet? I have ordered from this branch from a while now and the employees and their service has sliped dramatically!

What are you going to do about this Debonairs???
