The first was an online order and was not processed because something went wrong - this probably wasn't their fault - more likely due to the poorly designed system.
After being told by the manager that they prefer calling in, I called in. Placed my order. Waited just over an hour before deciding to go over there - which is just 2 blocks away - just to be told that they can't find my order. They eventually found my order, on its way to another unsatisfied customer.
I can take incompetence in staff and I know that mistakes do happen. But an unfriendly, unprofessional, unorganized manager runs a nice place into the ground. Poor service only reflects the managing skills of the person in charge.
