How can a franchise as big as Fishaways have 2 trainee staff members manning the tills with no supervision when the system is offline. We ordered a Prawn Wrap and Prawn Poppers and chips and instead we received A calamari wrap and Hake. This after our order was WRITTEN DOWN. The trainee was well aware of the issue as we only noticed the Prawn Poppers to be wrong, but she immediately removed the wrap as well to give to the kitchen.
No response when asking what the issue is, just blank stares, shameful.
At least the food was good when we finally received the right orde
