KFC wasn't busy at all but I waited 20mins for my order that was not large, they got my order wrong THRICE. I specified my order over and over as I know KFC isn't really TOPS when it comes to getting things right. They put the wrong sauce on the burgers, gave me the incorrect burgers, didn't give me the right amount of items and I had to ask repeatedly for the drink that was part of the order. There was no apology from any of the staff, they just carried on being slow as usual, its nothing new about the KFC's in Mitchells Plain, go to any other area and you'll receive better service. To add to that 1 of the rolls had a green mold at the bottom which we only discovered once we got home. Last week after placing my order at the Westridge branch, I waited about 10mins only to be told there is no burger rolls, I then drove to Promenade to which I was told there's no more zinger wings, no milky bar flavour for kreamballs, this was at 2pm on PAYDAY!! I think the service we receive in MP is beyond putrid and I'm sure its because most people here don't even bother complaining. How about having a complaints box in stores at MP? From a VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. I still have my slip.
