@ Lynwood KFC
I've always had friendly service and good food from you @ Lynwood KFC In fact there's a KFC 1KM away from my house But we'd rather drive 12, 2KM (20 minutes) to Lynwood just because you're that good!!! However last night was a different story:
1. took an 8 piece Streetwise feast and got 4 pieces of breast, 1 drum, 1 wing and 1 thigh, that's 7 pieces people! and of that 7, 4 where dry breasts (NOT the general favorite!!!)...
2. there were no mini loafs, fine, this was then exchanged with MORE gravy (no other options provided).
3. the secret recipe-dough-skin (one of the only reasons we eat KFC) was burned, you could taste that either the chicken was left in way too long or the oil was old causing burnt on by previous batches of chicken made in exactly the same oil.
Ok, so there you have my feedback, not a cool experience and defiantly not what I expected from my favorite KFC.
Please don't have your care center agent call me and explain how terribly sorry they are, as a sorry from a person that doesn't really care, doesn't make up for hard worked for money spent on a bad experience, terrible food and i suppose!
