Chesa Nyama
This is what i call good customer service :)

Last night after work, I went to chesa nyama Ghandi square before catching my taxi home I thought I should give it a try, because I have noticed the store had been opened for a couple of months, and heard that they offer a good meal, indeed they do, however they exceeded my expectations with something that I always thought south Africans lacked in, which is customer service. The front till operator greeted me with a friendly smile and gave me the best service ever. which made my day.

If all the fast food stores in the country followed this culture, it would make us all be proud to be called south Africans.

Keep it up Chesa Nyama you are on the right track :)
