On Thursday at around 15:30 I went to buy some take out at Burger King. When I got home my wife opened her xtra long chilli cheese and we saw that the roll was mouldy. I took a pictue of it and threw everything we bought in the rubbish where it belongs. I called their customer service who apologised and told me would be contacted by the store manager later that day. Didn't get that call, but they did call me the following trying to convince me how that was a freak accident and offering me a complimentary meal for 2 at their disgusting Cape Town branch. I guess they think I can't read all the other posts on hellopeter about their mouldy food. Not good enough because firstly I bought food for 3 people and secondly I don't want your mouldy food. Refund my money and I will be reporting this to the Health board. Shouldn't you people be working with HACCP in that fast food place? Absolutely disgusted.
