Poor quality food

Ordered a delivery from KFC Kollonade ironic after the terrible service and this time all the stuff was there BUT the chips were beyond stale the wings where rock hard my zinger burger had no zinger sauce the fillet inside only filled like half the bun. Is it too much to ask for a decent meal
