I ordered a wrap with no mayo and when I got home, i found that there was mayo, so I phoned and complained, to my surprise Delia immediately apologized and offered to bring another wrap to my house!! First time in ages that I have received service like this in South Africa!!! Beyond impressed.. I want everyone to know about the excellent service I got from Nandos N1 city.
