Through MR Delivery and ordered Tacos from Mexican Fresh. The food arrived and Two bites into the first taco I see a plastic strip much like the platic used to devide pizza bases and other frozen food. I call Mr D back and they refer me to the Mexican Fresh where a lady calls back to ask what the matter was. I explain and she requests to call back. I wait for one hour and call back to ask what the hold up is and she informs me that she had asked her manager to call me, which had not happened. I wait another 50 minutes and call back again. When the owner eventually calls back he asked for the problem which I tell him, he stutteres trying to figure out a way to sort it out at which point I request a refund, he says I will have to bring the food back and I inform him that I ordered in because I have no means to get to craighall and would like him to tell me a way to process a refund without further inconvenience to me. He then reacts with a temper informing me that he is with his family and basically saying I am inconveniencing him with my complain. I had to call him back. Bad bad service not once did I get an apology just attitude from the owner, Never ever again!! PLASTIC IN FOOD.
