I would like to take this opportunity to bring to your attention the excellent customer care we always receive from the John Dory's staff at Waterstone Village in Somerset West.
My mom and I recently went there for lunch for the first time and was served by Mr Walter Hope (hope this is right!). He was the friendliest waiter I've ever met! His service was excellent, he was always friendly and always had a big smile on his face. It made our lunch experience so much more memorable and we really enjoyed the food too!!
We went there a second time last week where Shanel served us. Again, excellent and friendly service throughout our whole meal.
I would recommend your Waterstone Village branch to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent food combined with excellent customer service. Thank you once again!
