We went to Northgate Oceanbasket over the weekend. I have never experience such bad service.
1. Waited 30 minutes for our bread. Thereafter I went and ask for it
2. Waited a further 40 minutes for our basic sushi. Went several times to ask for it. Even the manager just pull up his shoulders.
3. The waiter never come back and follow up on us. We just sat there.
They will never ever see me again and I will also tell everyone I know about the service you deliver.
