A few weeks ago I complained about KFC, their customer ervice is almost non existant as their response was just, they would let the manager of the store know. No feedback from the manager at all. My 5 yearold daughter loves KFC so we go quite a lot. My last trip to Smith Street Branch was disastrous. BURNT CHICKEN, WATERY MASH AND GRAVY, (hardly any mash at all)
What we have also noticed is that the Large CHips have decreased in size. And after finding out that there is no toy in the kiddies meal anymore even my five year old does not want to return. No need to respond this time we are officially ex customers.
