Whilst at Wimpy with my son & daughter (who were at the playing area) the owner's son was blocking the television. I sent my son to kindly ask the child to share the television with my daughter. He then reacted by spitting at my son. When the owner was called the reaction was seemingly courteous and she proceeded to force her child to apologise. I thought that this was the end of it however she came back. The owner cum "private investigator" said she viewed the incident on the CCTV and she saw no evidence of what I said. A heated debate ensued because seemingly my son and I were liars as she did not see the spitting on the footage. From this point I received the worst service I have ever received. She told me that she was the owner and to add insult to injury I said I will never go back to that establishment she retorted by saying it was fine with her. I am appalled that an owner of a franchise would be so disrespectful to customers and risk damaging the Wimpy brand.
