I have been a customer at your Centurion branch for the past 6 - 8 years.
I have seen your Managers come and go.
But for the last - 2 years your managers seems to be very sad.
Please take them for some smile training.
Even if they just smile because they HAVE a job.
Especially your blond manager she should really change professions, perhaps a funeral parlour where smiles is a NO NO.
On the other hand there is Arnant all way's ready with a BIG smile and a friendly welcome.
That is what you really need in your type of business.
