Saturday was now the second time in the last two months that I went to order a salad from Romans. I asked for lots of lettuce, NO Tomato, NO onion.
Just to receive a salad with hardly any lettuce, and I still pay the same even though I took TWO ingredients off!!
Then on Satuday my husband even paid extra for an extra potion of lettuce, and when he got home there was the exact same amount of lettuce on as normal (Just about nothing).
To make it worse, the lettuce at the bottom was totally rotten!! Resulting in me having to remove ALL (3) leaves, and replace it with the lettuce my husband bought extra.
My husband stopped at SPAR and bought a lettuce, since you pay extra for NOTHING, take ingredients off and still pay for them!!
And the alleged excuse... we weigh the lettuce... PLEASE!!!
Well do you weigh the tomato and onions too? If it is not present, surely a little more lettuce will not bankrupt the shop.
I took a whole lot of photos, and I am really feeling to take this "" of clients further.
And being allergic to pennisilyn, those rotten lettuce could have done so much harm.
The GOOD reputation of Romans salads is no more, I will discourage all my friends to buy there.
