Despicable Me 2 Promotion

I ordered x2 happy meals to get the toys for x2 7yr olds. At the counter they only had 1 type of toy out of the few I saw on promotion, so l took the 2 and when we left we discovered that both toys were not working could be as a result of dead batteries.
