I just felt that Steers have to know that they finally have a great staff member in their Brackenfell branch, usually the people working there are not friendly, chat while you are trying to make an order, take the order down incorrectly ect ect. Then finally I met Fezile today, what a great young man, friendly, efficient and listens to the order and smiles all the while. I hope Steers let's him know that I appreciated his service, and hope he goes far in his career, he has a great attitude and outshines any of the other people working with him in that branch.
