We purchased chicken at this store more that 2 months ago and when we got home to our horror... Everything was raw!! We were so upset and I called them the next day to complain! They got back to us a week later promised to compensate us but we never ever heard from them again! How pathetic KFC! Is this how you treat longstanding customers? Doo you not value our support in this competitive industry we live in? Needless to say your lack of concern for the bad service far surpasses the fact that you served us raw chicken!! And then still charged us full price for it!!! Definitely won't be supporting PROMENADE store again or any other for that matter!!!
