Had the misfortune of visiting KFC on Sunday evening. I got really poor service and was disappointed. The lady took my order then went behind the oven where I could see her. I saw her literally throw the chicken into boxes which was bad since I ordered a Variety Bucket. No apology was offered. When she brought the chicken it was stuffed into boxes with some hanging half out and she had to sqeeze the box toget a proper grip and, in the process, broke off pieces of chicken and coating. When she finally gave me my order it was missing the pops which I had to ask for, she aplogised for this.
When I got home we found that the chipps looked and tasted re-fried and the chicken was raw inside. I took pictures. I was really disappointed as I normally receive good service at KFC.
