Took my boys for an early dinner at the Chinook Spur. First - we had to search for our waiter to order. My one boy ordered the queen prawns. Overall the food took 25 mins to arrive which is unusual as it was not full. He complained that he was battling to get the prawns out the shell. On inspection you could see they were not cooked properly. No sign of the waiter! We asked another one to to find ours but no luck. Finsihed the rest of the meal and when we got the bill i raised the issue and was told i could tell the manager at the front. Went to pay and raised the issue. To my utter shock and disgust the only response I got was " really? ". Serving undercooked seafood is dangerous but the attitude was the cherry on the cake!
