My girlfriend and I were travelling to the Drakensberg on Thursday, when we made a pit-stop for a quick lunch at Steers (Escourt Shell Ultra City). It was so refreshing to receive service with a smile from the waitress, Fozia. She has such a great attitude. We were very impressed. People like her are an asset in the fast-food industry, where a bad attitude has sadly become the norm. Thank you.
