I went to kfc cnr president and swartbos in Witbank,!!! I am so disgusted with non service i received. I ordered a meal and decided to order another one for my friend whilts i was there. I was told i am blocking the Q as i have had my 30 seconds for first order. I should go pick and Q again for the second order. obviously i thot this is a joke and very quickly i realised this person was dead serious. She refused to help me because that is the strore policy. off as i was, i realised if i want the food i may as well, when i came around again she must have thot she will teach me a lesson, she says i mst go inside because my card now doesnt want to work (conveniently). @ this point i was ready to just walk away. i went around, parked and went in to the store, went to cashier, swiped card without a problem. when i enquired as why is the card all of a sudden working when i was told @ drive thru it wasnt, the lady just shrugged and gave me my stuff without an apology. This kfc must just be closed. they are beyond pathetic. i have to drive all the way to klipfontein where one gets treated like you matter and they give great service. learn fro them and change.
