Terrible customer care

I hosted my wedding at kashmir Restaurant, and the service and customer care was terrible. The owner has a dismissive, arrogant attitude and completely disregards the fact that paying customers are the reason he's in business. When i viewed the venue prior to the function there was a reception area which had a desk with telephone outside the actual wedding venue. On the day of the wedding the telephone was INSIDE the venue, the fone rang while the formalities were underway. A waiter answered and proceeded to talk loudly, above the MC's voice. When we spoke to the waiter and events co ordinator they were too terrified of the owner to disconnect the phone. Dessert for a 100 people was enough to probably feed 40. When i asked the events co ordinator she said they prepare a small batch at first and once that's finished they prepare more, so most guests had to wait for dessert. Coffee was served cold. The aircons were only switched on when we asked, and then off again. Guests and service providers also told me the owner walked around swearing at staff and calling his female waitresses "b1tches". Overall his lack of class cast a shadow over my day. He lacks finesse and decorum.
