No perception of client service

I might typethis in a state of being furious but I'fed up with the bad service that i receive every time i g there to bank anything. I went into FNB today to bank a cheque (no issues) and R599.77 for one of my suppliers. I gave Daphney the money and she threw it out on her working station and started the transaction she then took off her namebadge to check the coins and found that the 1x R5 was fake, i was astonished about this aswell and would not have minded if i was RESPECTFULLY told that she could not accept this! Instead she asked my why it was fake and why i would send her fake money! I'm sorry but unfortunately i dont have the time to check every 10c with i tiny little magnet ensuring that its genuine. I am a admin manager for Shell and part f a huge company (Kirk distributers Norm investments, Brandhouse and K-sales) I do NOT need to be told what my "job description" (wich she told me) is. We've been banking with FNB for years and its getting to the point that we AVOID going to the bank. There are SO many insedents that weve complained about previously at the FNB complaint centre itself and Nothing is ever done. This is honestly the worst client service...
