We always write in to complain about various service providers but hardly acknowledge and write back when a service is good. I'd like to commend 1Life direct's elegant service I got from Sifiso Nsibande who called earlier on today to update my details and verify if everything was still in order. He clearly explained the reason for the call then took me through the process and provided info on my premium. He's a polite gentlemen with a good sense of humour and I was actually surprised getting the call from them as companies usually forget about you as soon as you are with them
I'm very happy being a 1 life directs client as as their staff values its clients and very professional. Should probably organise Sifiso A nice bottle of Jack Daniels... for a tremandous job. Regards,
