I have been in dispute with SA Homeloans for over two years regarding a judgment that they loaded in error but they are adamant that they were not at fault. My account went into arrears but I have entered into agreement with SAHL to get the account back up to date. During this time of negotiations to get the account up to date they proceeded with loading a judgment on my name without me signing for it. As far as I was concerned I was in the process of making a payment arrangement to which I subsequently stuck to for over the last two years. My house have not been repossessed either but the judgment still remains. Why did they load the judgement for the entire bond amount instead of only the arrears... and yet no one can answer. I am now unable to get credit due to their lack of professionalism and emphatic behavior. I just want the judgement removed and mu credit scoring to be improved so that I can continue to try and grow my business.
