On the14 of March 2013 I requested a cancellation of my policy and that no new debits should go off my account, This was NOT seen to and was debited for the new month. I called my consultant (Loretta) who admitted over the phone that she had either forgotten or it "slipped her mind" and when I asked when my incorrectly debited funds can be returned she could not answer me! She has a audacity to have an attitude over the phone with me yet the mistake was hers. Big big thumbs down for African Independent. I will certainly take this matter to sites like hellopeter and other media platforms!
