I had a minor accident roughly six months ago and my claim still hasn't been sorted out. I call African Independent, but i can't get a hold of anyone that can assist and everyone has empty promises, no one gets back to me. I've received a mail stating that there will be an increase on my premium. I am just so frustrated. My money will always be accepted with a smile, but once it comes to actual service delivery everyone walks around like it never happened. I am one step away from filing a lawsuit.
