I called, frustrated as my premium increased and can't afford it. i thought it's too late to attempt some negotiation, but Sizakele explained what is transpiring and options to help me afford the premiums. she then adjusted them promptly. due to her service i think i below to iWYZE and is worth recommending to others. keep up the good service.
