There is a debit order that runs on my personal/student loan at FNB from my cheque account. On ITC it reflects that was in arrears for 60 days in December and 60 Days in February. The amount of the debit order also changed without my notice.
I tried to speak to team leader at the personal loans department, but to no avail.
Please remove the negative on my ITC report at Transunion as this is a matter of urgency, since I wont be able to obtain any finance.
I dont mind the increased debit order since I want to pay capital as well, my only concern is the ITC Report, and I know a financial services provider can request ITC to remove the negative on the report...
Please consider this a matter of urgency
