Phoning me to take a loan

Sibongile phoned me to ask if i am interested in taking a loan with them.

Once we received the loan application form, there were allot of things she needed. My wife gets paid weekly but she gets a payslip only once a month. So Sibongile said no we must sent her weekly payslips which we did.

Then all of a sudden they needed more signature's on the contract so i had to submit the contract again. Then they wanted a clearer copy of my i.d. This has being going on for longer than a week now and this morning the loan was declined. I haven't got a problem that the loan was declined, but i have got a problem with how the whole issue was handled.

Why phone people stuff them around by submitting documents over and over and then decline the loan. Could they not have told me this earlier, then i would not have wasted time by applying.
