I have 3 garnishee orders running from my salary and sent through documents to do an instalment reduction. I have struggling since November 2012 to have feedback. The lady that is dealing with my request i have sent her many emails and all she does is reads my mails without saying anything by replying. This is so frustrating and unacceptable cause i am still paying and yet they don't want to render me service or a solution to my problem. I called the call centre on different occasions and yest i am lucky now and then to get through and leave messages for Morgan Forster to call me back as he is always unavailable according to whoever that answers the call.
