DEBIT ORDER AFTER NOT AGREEING THE DEBIT!!!

Due to not been employed- I am no longer able to pay for my insuranc. This was discussed with Debbi on Wednesday the 06th Feb 2013. She "suggested" that i take certain things off to bring down my instalment each month. I informed Debbi that I will speak to my Fiance as he has been assisting me with some of my bills (However did NOT agree to be debited) Debbi said i must get back to her when I have decided with the option my fiance and I choose (that we possibly could afford) today money was taken off my bank account R479.95. I cannot get to STD bank to return it- which means it will bounce and will give me a bad credit history- I will be charged by Standard Bank for it bouncing. Please sort this out, and pay for the the charges Standard bank is now going to charge me. With this said, please cancel my policy with Outsurance and I mean it. I dont want people phoning me to ""convince me" to keep this policy neither- I do not want this policy! Thought after the conversation with Debbi, I was helped- i have mailed Debbi -but no response from her. Very dissapointed and annoyed with this. I am battling as it is and i am still getting ripped off!
