HI,
I went to ABSA Northgate today to cash a CHQ for the company and was rudely helped by Meluleki Forbay for the second time. First incident i had with him was three months ago when he couldn't find one signature in the computer which led to me sitting @ the bank for almost two hours, got tired and went to take a sit, when he got everything sorted he didn't bother to let me know. second incident today, he drags as if he has had a long day and he's just tired, i said hi and there was no response i then assumed he's still sulking from the last incident, then he left he's table for about five times without telling me where he's going or just some communication.
Cashing a chq took forever whereas just weeks ago it didn't.
He's attitude makes coming to ABSA Northgate difficult.
