Money deposited but not credited into hollywoodbet balance

I deposited using one of the platforms on the site funds showed for a second and then disappeared so I called the bank and they confirmed that it was deposited I emailed them the proof of payment a million times but still not a word from them. I'm frustrated as hell as they are taking money without putting it into my hollywoodbet account which is stealing if u ask me I know it's just a R50 but it's my R50 they can't be so lousy .whenever it's got to do with money they always have issues
