Machine/POS doesn't work, No replies, No Help, No Service
After numerous attempts to cancel my service with sureswipe, I have had no response or help. I have e mail them since December with problems with the POS that they advertise and asked numberous times to cancel my service. till this day Sureswipe is still deducting money from my account and they have failed to cancel the service. I have had enough and I now need awnsers. its been 3 months!!!!!!!! Hello Leezane (Surewipe Employee) I am e mailing you to follow up with you re my e mail below, I have been in touch via e mail with so many different people from SureSwipe that I am really losing my mind now. Please see that the e mail below was the 25 Jan and I am still waiting for the SureSwipe to be cancelled. I did receive a phone call to say that my cancellation will be done and that I will receive a refund for the machines. As you are well aware the POS system was nonexistent and not working at all, Francois will be able to enlighten you more with my previous conversations with him in the past. Since this e mail of yours below, I have been e mailed by other members of sureswipe stating that I owe sureswipe money and that they will take further steps. How is this possible!!! I have cancelled in writing, sureswipe has not come to the party and on top of that sureswipe is deducting money every month from my personal account via debit order!!! I need answers as I have already e mailed and stated that I needed answers within 7 days which has not been replied to. I am at this stage so angry that I will take on the whole internet and social media to let everyone know how bad your service has been. Please see attached e mails with the numerous attempts I have made to resolve this matter. Mr Paul Kent I suggest you get your house in Order. Please respond to my e mail to cancel the service, give me written confirmation
