Mis-information, lack of feedback, poor service

FSP's are quick to complain that Gov are unruly by all the new legislation being created to govern them. When one however looks at som of the FSP's conduct, its not difficult to see why Gov feels this way. My switch from ABSA has been a stressful proces. I had to resend docs 6 times to different email addresses. When it came to the FNB CC, I was told that I would have a certain limit, if I pay off my debt with the new FNB CC, that my limit would be increased, my debt then consolidated and my financial burden relieved. Well got the new CC, Limit not as promised, not able to consolidate my debt and for the first time ever, have negative comments on my ITC. No one can give me an exact answer of what the problem is but at the moment, due to a lack of information it would seem to me like misrepresentation which I intend on comlaining to the FSB about if FNB does not come back to me with a proper answer or better even, a SOLUTION!!! At the moment I realy regret switching.
