I requested an insurance quote last year end of December, I was assisted by a gentleman called Lwazi. He is indeed excellent with customer service, not to mention effective when dealing to client feedback. I'm really happy with my policy and the service I received. We need more people like Lwazi in this industry to improve and take customer service to greater heights.
