Policy no:14860737-attorney Shalen naidoo from logan naidoo & associates. We are the benificaries listed in P Munsami Trust. She died 8 years ago. For a few years Old Mutual gave us a run around by giving us wrong forms to fill. Eventually 2 years ago the exectors started doing their part but were dragging their feet. From last year the exectors were supposed to open a trust account at the bank to end this. But when they opened the account name late P Munsni Trust Old Mutual refused to accept it, so now we have to wait again for them to get the trust deed from the attorney to open an account as P Munsami Trust account. The attorney has been avoiding executors and us from November. The attorneys office replies "we are trying to locate the file." We are in dire need of the finance as we expected it in December-as a result I have been evicted from my home because bills were not paid. Kindly assist in trying to resolve this issue as it is going to b 9 years and we haven't received closure.
