Friendly Efficient Service

I was in an accident on Saturday morning. My car was towed to the Virgin base in Belville.

At 8am on Monday I got a call explaining the procedure. Later that day the car was assessed by Virgin and the repairs required specified.

On Tuesday it was already at the mechanics for repairs.

I have paid no excess (damage exceeds R 5 000) and my premiums have not increased.

The service has been friendly and efficient and altogether a pleasant experience!
