I have no dealing what so ever with Nudebt or authorised them to deduct an amout of R399.00 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT.I have contacted 8ta with regards to this last year December which i have been given a case number 3990751.They asked me to fax them ID, Affidevid from the police stating i have no dealings with them, bank statement and I have fax all of this on the 17 January2013.The guy that contactact me was Cokran.after that they was no respond on the progress of the case as they told me there were investigating the last time i spoke to himI didnt appreciate the way he spoke to me telling me there are thousand of poeple with the same proplem and that I need to go to the bank and tell them to reverse the derbit order, my question is when do i get time to do this its very unprofesional of your cumpany to put me in all of this please kindly sort this matter out or i will take further step. As I contact 8ta on several ocasion to find out what going on and no one bothered to cantact me.
