Thank you Janice and your team for my Mom's surprise gift basket. Your really brought back some excitement and joy into her life, after the sad few weeks following the death of my father. It was really a huge surprise - she phoned almost everybody to tell them how amazing the people at Auto and General are. And thank you Janice for sorting out my mom's policy in such a short time.
