VERY SLOW

I was not impressed with Capitec at all, Its my bank I bank with them and I qwas really dissapointed with their service in Umtata. I could not believe you have to wait for more that 45mins just to get a statement and to increase your limit. Teller 1 was the only one open for deposits and the Teller 2 for enquries there was no one so we all had to go through the consultants. I was really dissapointed.
